Q: Can I have diamonds etc set into my wedding ring ?
A: Yes you can, but you would normally have to buy a heavyweight wedding ring to allow for the stone depth a court shape or flat court style is the best for having diamonds etc. set into.
Q: I don't know my ring size
A: Don't worry - go to the home page and you can click on the 'ring size?' link if you are not sure of your size. We will send you a ring size measure FREE OF CHARGE.
Q: What is the difference between D shape, court and flat wedding rings?
A: If you click on the 'Ring Shapes' link on the left, this will give you a description and a view of all the styles.
Q: What do the different weights mean
A: Most rings come in light/ med heavy etc.this refers to the weight of the ring. Generally speaking Ladies sizes are o.k. in light weight and upwards. Mens ring are more robust in medium upwards. The extra light weight is very very light and really for small finger sizes only.
Q: What if I change my mind and don't want my goods?
A: As long as the item is unused and in original packaging we have a no fuss 14 day return policy. Engraved and bespoke items are excluded from this policy.
Q: What if my package arrives damaged?
A: Notify ourselves and Royal Mail immediately if packaging appears tampered with or damaged in any way. Keep all outer packaging and contents safe. We will contact you with instructions.
Q: Are my personal details safe?
A: Yes, your personal details are safe on a secure server. We also do not spam you. We only contact people who have made an enquiry or ordered from us and then only till the order is completed. No details are kept after the transaction unless requested. No Credit Card details are ever stored either.
Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: We have created a simple system with step by step instructions starting from the home page. You can browse the designs before you order then follow the instructions online.
Q: I have very large fingers do you have any rings in "Z" plus sizes?
A: Yes we do, please go to the contact page and e-mail or phone us with your enquiry. Extra size rings come under bespoke or special and would have to be quoted for individually.
Q: Can I have my ring engraved?
A: Yes, there is a box for you to tick and enter your details on each wedding ring site. There is more info in the "About us" section.
Q: Is Platinum Plated
A: Platinum never needs plating unlike white gold it is a pure material and keeps it colour forever. |
